Your reservation is fully refundable up to 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel between 29 and 15 days, you will lose 49% of your total reservation price. There will be no refunds for cancellation 14 days or less before the check-in date.
For reservations made between 15 and 29 days, there is a 48-hour grace period after your reservation is made where your reservation can be canceled without any penalty. Cancellation must be requested in writing via e-mail (info@stardustbigbend.com). For considering the cutoff times of these deadlines, we will consider the start of the day at midnight. For example, for a reservation with check-in date on October 31, the cancelation must be made by midnight central time on October 01. If you cancel on October 02, you will be charged 49% of the booking cost.
